(crisis accommodation)
Through funding from the Department of Social Services SAC is constructing a new crisis accommodation service for women and children experiencing family and domestic violence in the Great Southern and surrounding regions.

The crisis accommodation project, which includes six self-contained, two-bedroom units across three duplexes and one staff unit, is scheduled to break ground in 2025.

Once constructed, the operational model for the service will provide safe accommodation for women and children experiencing family and domestic violence.
This will be achieved through strengths based, trauma informed and culturally appropriate practices.
