Employment Program
Our Indigenous Skills and Employment Program (ISEP) supports individuals transitioning from prison by connecting participants with purpose, community, employment, targeted skills training, and small or micro business opportunities.

What we do
Our Albany-based ISEP team provides intensive, culturally responsive case management, incorporating on-Country skills, training development and healing activities.

Our initiatives empower participants to:

-
take control of their lives
-
attain work readiness
-
gain foundational and job-specific skills
-
access meaningful employment opportunities.

The ISEP program is not just about participants finding employment, it is about connecting to culture, restoring dignity and rebuilding futures.

SAC's ISEP team draws on generations of wisdom and knowledge from the communities we support, who have shown us that true strength comes from walking together.
