Services
Our Tenancy Support Program aims to provide Aboriginal people in rental properties with tailored support to build on their skills, resources, and capacity to maintain their tenancy and welfare.

What we do
Our experienced team works with community members to address a range of tenancy-related issues through culturally appropriate supports.
​​​​
We walk alongside clients to address issues contributing to difficulties in maintaining their tenancy, subsequently mitigating their risk of homelessness.
​
We can also connect clients with services they may require to address their individual needs.

Our support includes:

Property maintenance, such as lawn care, waste and pest management

Acting as advocates
-
Facilitating NILS loans (Car or Mobility Scooter)

Facilitating Redress and compensation claims

Connections to financial counselling, legal assistance, medical services, aged care services and other culturally appropriate supports

Reducing fines by working with our program

Facilitating trailer and lawnmower hire to maintain their property

Lending washable mattresses to mob for events such as sorry business​​​​
