Services
Our Tenancy Support Program aims to provide Aboriginal people in rental properties with tailored support to build on their skills, resources, and capacity to maintain their tenancy and welfare.

What we do
We walk alongside clients to connect them with the comprehensive suite of services they may require to address their individual needs, including:

property maintenance, such as lawn care, waste and pest management.

financial counselling, legal assistance, medical services, aged care services and other culturally appropriate supports.

We also support tenants by:

acting as advocates

facilitating trailer and lawnmower hire to maintain their property

lending washable mattresses to mob for events such as sorry business
-
facilitating NILS loans (Car or Mobility Scooter)

facilitating Redress and compensation claims
-
reducing fines by working with our program

By using an early intervention approach, our experienced team works with tenants to address a range of tenancy-related issues.
