The Aboriginal flag flew proud and strong and Oscar got the fire going for Day 1 of the Culturally Informed Trauma Integrated Healing Approach (CITIHA - Workshop 2).

With a ball of yarn we explored 'what makes community' - at work it's a reminder that we all have a vital role and our reduced capacity or absence creates strain on the team. With our clients, it's a reminder that we see an individual, who is part of a family, that belongs to a community, and we must see, understand and work with all those parts in order to deliver effective Services.
